The Personalized Competitiveness Score Report is designed to help you understand how competitive your application is today and what would most improve it next.
The score is generated by analyzing aggregated, anonymized data from the Cleared4Career Community Report. As community submissions accumulate, patterns in hiring outcomes are evaluated to identify which combinations of experience, qualifications, and application characteristics are most strongly associated with interviews and offers. These patterns inform a predictive model that estimates relative competitiveness based on the information you provide.
Think of the competitiveness score like a credit score. It is a simple number meant to summarize a complex picture. Just as a credit score does not determine whether a loan is approved, this score does not make hiring decisions. It helps you understand where you currently stand and how changes to key inputs could improve your position.
